Volume compiled by Sir Simon Archer containing details from chief rentals for Tanworth, 1638-42, arranged alphabetically by tenant, a chief rental for Solihull 1641-2 and various estate notes and memoranda, 1657, including alphabetical list of tenants owing suit of Court, 26 Sept 1648; a note of arrears 1641-57 of chief rent due `from my Cosen Hugford'.
