In obedience to his lordship's commands by Mr. Secretary Lowndes they have caused two accounts to be stated [enclosed in the original] relating to the Countess of Dorchester's and Lady Russell's pensions to Michaelmas 1709, and find that sufficient money has been paid to Francis Harrison for him to pay £2855:1:2 1/2 towards Lady Russell's arrears.
