Cheeke, Russell Tipping families: Archer of Tanworth

Description

Copy in Lady Russell's hand of Sir William Robinson's views on the payment of her annuity. The collection of all the quitrents is in the hands of Lady Dorchester's collectors, but it would be more certain and less expensive if the commissioners of revenue were to apportion £3,500 to Lady Dorchester and the remainder to Lady Russell. Sir William has offered to help in forming a Royal Letter.
