Edward Russell Earl of Orford and Letitia Lady Russell to Mr. William Bridges one of the executors of Col. Francis Russell deceased. Receipt for £200 being part of the estate of Col. Francis Russell and covenant to save harmless from damage by reason of payment of the same, a decree in Chancery having been made that money owing from the estate to Richard Daston and Henry Allmitt esqs.should be paid by the executors respectively according to how much each had received. Signatures of Lord Orford and Letitia Russell scored out,and a note added that the sum of £200 was allowed in Mr. Bridges' accounts, December 1711.
