Probate copy of the will of John Mason of Great Alne, innkeeper, dated 22 July 1726, bequeathing to his wife, Elizabeth, for life, his cottage in the lane leading to Alne Ford, with remainder to his eldest son, Richard, or, should he die without issue, then to his son John
