Comveyance: messuage and land on Alveston and Tiddington, Warwickshire

Description

Conveyance from Sarah Alcox the elder of Alveston, widow of William Alcox, late of Alveston, yeoman, Sarah Alcox the younger, spinster (one of the daughters and co-heirs of the said William Alcox), Richard Spires of Bishopton, husbandman, and Margaret his wife (one other of the daughters and co-heirs of the said William Alcox) and Elizabeth Alcox, spinster (one other of the daughters and co-heirs of the said William Alcox), for £243 paid to them by Richard Hastings of Alveston, yeoman, to Richard Aynge of Alveston, yeoman, and John Ladbrook of Tiddington, yeoman, of three parts (in four to be divided) of the premises described in no. 28, and of two (of three) parts of two acres of meadow ground below Alveston Church and two (of three) parts of an acre of meadow in Tiddington meadow; to hold the sane as perfect teneants of the freehold to the intent that a recovery of the said premises mat be made against them.
