Alveston deeds: Hiron of Alveston

Description

Reconveyance by Lease and Release from John Partheriche of Clopton in Old Stratford, esq., and Frances his wife (executrix and devisee of Edward Clopton late of Clopton, esquire) to Thomas Hiron of Alveston, gentleman, for £1600, of the premises described in DR74/61-62. Covenant by Thomas Hiron to acknowledge by fine to a trustee, Thomas Perkins of Clements Inn, gentleman, Hidcote Farm in Mickleton, lately purchased by him from Randolph Greenway, esquire, a messuage and farmlands in Willersey, co. Glos., in the tenure of ---- Hyatt, four grounds in Mickleton called Grandbrookes in the tenure of William Dutton, and a piece of meadow in Alveston lying between Stratford and Tiddington called The Ham in the tenure of William Perry.
