Description

Trust deed declaring: i) That the £250 loaned in the conditional surrender of 16 January 1829 (no.11) was the proper money of Anne Dyer of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow. ii) That, subject to the said mortgage, the premises in no. 11 should be held by trsutees for securing the weekly payment of 5 shillings a week for life to Margaret Chater of Combrooke, widow, if she does not agree to carry on the family business with her son, William Chater of Combrooke, and in trust to provide £100 to Sarah (William Chater's sister) wife of William Hitchman of Winderton, labourer, according to the terms of the will of their father, Thomas Chater With bond.
