Letter from John Cow, Dock Yard, Woolwich, to [Henry] Lord Willoughby de Broke: Has bought timber for masts and for using to hoist frigate out of the water. Has despatched to Warwick wharf from Paddington by Pickfords boat. Best method of transporting boat will be to sail frigate to Hambro' Wharf, hoist her out of water by crane and transport to Oxford by barge, ideally one carrying wool.
