Memorandum of Agreement between Henry Eyres Landor, agent for [Henry Peyto Verney] Lord Willoughby de Broke and John Banwell, Kineton, farmer that Lord Willoughby shall take the crops growing on Banwell's farm at Burton Dassett in payment of the half year's rent of £249.5.9, paying him the surplus upon a valuation to be taken in August.
