Description

Between John Cory, Shottery, farmer, John Hardy, Stratford-upon-Avon, corn merchant and Francis Lyttelton Holyoake Goodricke, Esquire, Sheriff of Warwickshire, that they will not remove any hay and straw from the farm at Drayton, formerly in the occupation of William Court as tenant of Francis Ferdinando Bullock, which hay and straw were part of the goods and chattels of the said William Court siezed by the sheriff under a writ of fieri facias and sold by him for £522 16s to Gory and Hardy
