By John Bayzand of Buckland, Gloucestershire, Esquire, in consideration of £546, to Thomas Hunt and Robert Hobbes, Stratford-upon-Avon, solicitors and co-partners of bond dated 5 July 1805 from Richard Estcourt Cresswell, Esquire, of Misserdine, Gloucestershire, in the penal sum of £2100 to pay £1050 to the said John Bayzand, within 3 months of death of Estcourt Cresswell, Esquire, father of said Richard or death of Mary Long of Colston near Devizes, Wiltshire, sister of the said Estcourt Cresswell, whichever the sooner, which said £1050 is due for a pack of fox hounds, a chestnut horse and £157.10s.0d cash given to R.E. Cresswell by John Bayzand
