Conveyance by lease and release from John Walker of Aldersgate Street, London, shoemaker, eldest son and heir of John Walker of Wych Street, St. Clement Danes, Middlesex, carpenter, deceased, (which John Walker deceased was the elder brother and heir-at-law of Joseph Walker late of Bridgetown in Old Stratford, yeoman, deceased) with the consent of John Mucklow of Tardebigg, Worcs., yeoman, to Thomas Holder of Alveston, yeoman, for £250 of the property described in DR274/40; also half an acre of meadow in Rowney Green in Alvechurch, Worcs., now in the occupation of Mary Walker, bounded on all sides by property late of the said Joseph Walker, which land the said Joseph Walker purchased from Benjamin Walker, David Walker, Sarah Wagstaff, Mary Hill and Joseph Wytheford and Ann his wife, with other property belonging to the said Joseph Walker in Stratford-upon-Avon and Alvechurch; also an assignment of a lease of 29 June 1818 from the Bishop of Worcester to the said Joseph Walker for his life and the lives of William Mucklow and Henry Mucklow, then aged 12 and 9 years respectively, sons of John Mucklow, of Tardebigg, farmer, of a messuage converted into 3 tenements in Rowney Green, Alvechurch, and half an acre of land adjoining it, to hold to Thomas Holder also for the lives of the said William Mucklow and Henry Mucklow.
