Walk Farm, Heythrop, Oxon., in testator's occupation, with all household and farming live and dead stock to trustees to pay debts and then to farm for benefit of son John until 21 then to assign. Farm charged with 8/ - p.w. to son Edward Coulling for life unless he agrees to live with John £150 to each daughter at 23 [Maria, Emma, Ann Catherine, Mary Ann] All household and farming stock at Newlands Farm, Honington and residue of personal estate to trustees for use of wife for widowhood then equally between sons William and Stephen Coulling.
