Assignment by lease and release from James Male of Birmingham, ironmonger, with the consent of John Harrison of Erdington, gardner, to Richard Thomas of Erdington, victualler, (reciting DR26/11-12, 14, and indentures of 18 and 19 September 1776 whereby the said James Male and Jonathan Harrison, for £120 paid to James Male by the said Richard Thomas, conveyed to the said Richard Thomas in fee simple the property in Erdington called Brick Croft) for a further £80 paid by the said Richard Thomas to the said James Male, of the premises described in DR26/9-10 Signed: Ja.
