Probate of will (dated 13 February 1706) of John Hurlston, Ilmington, yeoman. House where testator lives and 2 yardland in the occupation of John Dunne to testator's brother Thomas Hurlston, for 5 years, then to his nephew Thomas, son of the said Thomas. To nephew Thomas Hurlston, son of brother William of Darlingscott, ½ yardland in Ilmington, purchased from Nathaniel Rose, charged with payment of pecuninary legacies.
