Description
Copy of the will dated 24 February 1798 of Francis Brookes of Aston Cantloe, gentleman. He devises all his freehold estate in Temple Grafton and Stratford-upon-Avon in trust for his wife Elizabeth during her life and afterwards to his son John Brookes and his heirs. Proved at Worcester 13 Feb. 1800 Numbered 3.
