Covenant by Mathew Wise the younger of the North Gate, Warwick, esquire, who had recently purchased lands in Leamington Priors from Francis Robbins of Lillington gentleman, to produce title deeds at the request of John Garrard of Olney, gentleman, relating to other lands in Leamington purchased from Francis Robbins by John Garrard [DR26/41-42].
