Bargain and sale from Robert Tomkins of Old Street, London, carman, and Anne his wife (one of the daughters of Richard Molineux, late of Stratford-upon-Avon, scrivener, deceased) with the consent of John Townsend, William Gibson, William Challoner and Thomas Townsend, gentlemen (trustees of the will of the late Richard Molineux) to Benjamin Jones of Stratford-upon-Avon, apothecary, reciting DR244/3, for £22 paid to Richard Tomkins and Anne his wife and £40 paid to the said trustees for the benefit of Katherine, Mary and Elizabeth, younger sisters of the said Anne Tomkins, of a messuage in High Street, late in the tenure of Richard Molineux and now of William Miles the younger.
