Conveyance by lease and release from Thomas Taylor of Stratford-upon-Avon, joiner, to Edward Easthope of Old Stratford, gentleman, and William Bolton of Stratford-upon-Avon, innholder, of two cottages in High Street in the tenures of ----- Malins and ----- Whitehead, with two gardens near the same, late in the several tenures of Charles Pestell, surgeon, and John Gruby, grocer, and also a messuage in Church Street in his occupation, held under lease from the Corporation, dated 16 July 1786, together with all his household goods and stock in trade; to hold the same in trust to sell and, from the proceeds, to discharge several debts owed by the said Thomas Taylor.
