Description

Case, with opinion of Revell Phillips, Temple, as to the will of Richard Fletcher, dated 6 October 1809. Testator left lands in Honeybourne, Weston Subedge and Saintbury in trust for the use of his eldest son, Richard Fletcher and to preserve contingent remainders. Richard Fletcher, the son, died without issue in May 1824. By his will, dated 27 April 1824, he left lands in Honeybourne and Welford to trustees for use of his wife Phoebe with remainder to the heirs of his sister Muriel, wife of Robert Fletcher, Aston Magna. Phoebe Fletcher has since married Joseph Arkell. Question as to whether will of Richard Fletcher junior applies to all estates or only those not included in will of his father.
