Copy will of John Pearshouse Drury of Stratford-upon-Avon, brazier bequeathing to his father-in-Law, Henry Lucas of Talton, co. Worcs., and John Lord of Stratford-upon-Avon, saddlers, ironmonger and bridle cutter, all his real and personal estate in Stratford-upon-Avon and Old Stratford-in trust to sell the same, and to apply one moiety of the residue of the proceeds to his wife Ann and the other moiety to be placed out at interest for the maintenance of his infant son, Henry Pearshouse, until he shall reach the age of 21 when the capital shall become his.
