Glos., clothier, with the consent of William Lucas of Hunscot in Charlecote, yeoman, to John Holmes of Stratford-upon-Avon, schoolmaster, reciting DR316/10, for £383 (£200 to William Lucas and £183 to John Westbury) of a messuage in Ely Street as described in DR316/10 And assignment from William Lucas, at the direction of John Holmes, to Robert Hobbes of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, of a term of 1000 years in the said messuage, created by a mortgage of 12 September 1801 (DR316/10), in trust to attend the inheritance of the said John Holmes And assignment from John Westbury and William Lucas to John Holmes, of a term of 1000 years in a piece of leasehold land at the top of Ely Street, as described in DR316/10 but with the cottages on the west side in the tenures of John Lane, Daniel Watson and William Hobday.
