Conveyance by lease and release from Samuel Morris and his brothers and sisters (as in DR318/1/3) to Enoch Buttwell of Stratford-upon-Avon, draper, for £265, of a piece of land in Old Stratford containing 2r 27p, and described as Lot 10 in a plan subjoined to sale particulars of 26 and 27 September 1809, bounded by Lots 7-9, purchased by Samuel Field, Lot 11 purchased by John Featherstone, Lot 12 purchased by Benjamin Reddell and an intended new road; which piece of land formed part of the estate of the late John Keen.
