Mortgage by way of assignment from Thomas Godfrey of Great Alne, labourer, to Joseph Townsend of the same, tailor (reciting DR333/12 and the recitals therein) of the premises described in DR333/12; to hold for the residue of a term of 2000 years, subject to redemption on the repayment by Thomas Godfrey to Joseph Townsend of £8.
