Licence from Henry Duke of Lancaster, Earl of Derby and Leicester, Steward of England, to the Abbot and Convent of Combe, to enclose 80 acres of wood in Bortlee and to hold the enclosures without impeachment of waste of him and his heirs for ever. Dated at Leicester Castle, 1 March, 30 Edward III (1 Mar 1355/6). Seal on tongue: circular, red. The arms of Henry, 1st Duke of Lancaster.
