Description
Covenant between William Thompson of Stratford-upon-Avon, surveyor, and Anne Gibbs of the same, spinster, for the production of title deeds to nineteen cottages at Shottery called the Barracks and closes called Upper Coppice Close, Second Coppice Close and the Paddock, devised by Thomas Barnes to Anne Gibbs (daughter of Edward Gibbs and Anne Gibbs) in his will, dated 5 January 1855; with schedule from 1786.
