Brinklow deeds and papers
Mortgage from William Goodman of Brinklow bricklayer, and Richard Rathbone of Brinklow carpenter, to Thomas Morris of Brinklow innholder, of a messuage or cottage with a bay of barning and backside in Brinklow, late in the occupation of Samuel Fleckne, and now of ---, (reserving to Susannah Smith a right of way through the yard belonging to the said premises) which premises were lately bought by the said William Goodman and Richard Rathbone from the said Samuel Fleckne and John Warren, for 1000 years at a peppercorn rent, to secure £25.
