Quitclaim with warranty from Thomas Mores of Brynklowe to Oliver Adams abbot of the monastery of the Blessed Mary of Cumba and the convent of the same place of all his right title and claim which he has or might have in one messuage with appurtenances in Brynklowe aforesaid --- lying on le Kyngespece, one rood of land lying --- behind carters, one selion of land lying --- likewise lying in `le pece' next the road called Tutburywey. Witnesses: John Boseworth gent., William Water, John Newcom', William Willcockes, Robert Pars and William Mores son of the aforesaid Thomas Mores. Dated: 1 May, 5 Henry VXII. Also on the same parchment:- Power of attorney from the said Th[omas Mores] to John Bosseworth[th] to deliver seisin of the said messuage half burgage with appurtenances. Same date. Seal on tag: oval, red. A crowned letter R.
