Statement of transactions relative to a bequest by John Smyth, baker, of 20 sh. yearly to the poor of Stratford to be paid by his trustees John Rodgers, clerk, and Francis Collyns, gent., from two houses in Sheep Street, one of which was afterwards appropriated by John Smith, son of Daniel Smith, and the other by Mr. Lucas, `which he gate by mainteyning suites agaynst Mr. Rodgers and Mr. Collyns' combining moreover with Rodgers so as to `get his estate the will and all the bookes, that Mr. Collyns could not proceed'.
