Feoffment with warranty from Thomas Pars son and heir of Thomas Pars of Brynkelow `grasyer', to Edward Dura[nt], William Newow and John Crosse of one burgage with appurtenances in Brynkelowe in Fosende which the grantor had by the gift and feoffment of Thomas Rouse lying between the land of the Abbot and Convent of the Blessed Mary of Cumba on each side; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee. Witnesses: John Stokes, Henry Partrich', Richard Ody and many others. Dated at Brynkelowe, 8 January, 6 Edward IV (8 Jan 1466/7). Seal on tag: circular, red. A letter T. The tag is a fragment of an earlier deed.
