Gift with warranty from Henry Waver of Coventr' mercer, to Richard Stansfeilde, citizen of Coventr', of the tithes and patronage of the parish church of Corley and the advowson of the same, late belonging to the priory or cathedral church of the Blessed Mary of Coventr', now dissolved, and which the said Henry, amongst other things, lately purchased of Richard Andrewes of Hayles, co. Gloucs., gent., and Leonard Chamberlayne of Woodstoke, co. Oxon., by deed dated 22 June, 34 Henry VIII [1542]. Dated: 26 September, 5 and 6 Philip and Mary. Signed: per me Henry Waver.
