Copy of the court roll of Tachebrok' dated Thursday next after the feast of the Apostles Simon and Jude, 18 Edward IV, recording that Alice Cosyn came and surrendered half a virgate of land with appurtenances in Stychenhall' late in the tenure of Richard Hewet of Stichenhall' to the use of Richard Halley and William Halley his son; to hold for the term of their lives at an annual rent of 4s. 6d., and she made a fine of 4 shillings and fealty to the lord.
