Quitclaim with warranty from Sara daughter of Emma widow, to God and the church of the Blessed Mary of Cumba and the monks there serving God of that portion of a meadow in the territory of Smita which is called Maggehok, that namely which Adam her husband on the day of her marriage gave to her as a marriage portion; and for this release the said monks give to the grantor 12 pence and one half quarter of wheat.
