Two copies, not identical, of verses by Arthur Gregory on the happy succession and union of the kingdoms of England and Scotland.presented to King James with a petition on 7 June [sc. 1603] `De faelici Successione et vnitate Regnorum Angliae et Scotiae. Deliberat' cum supplicacione ad Regem Jacobum 7 Junij.' No. 2079 is signed. The verses include references to the dispute between Arthur and his brother Edmund [nos. 1600 ff.] which was no doubt the subject of the petition.
