Description

Gift with warranty from Robert son and heir of Fiel le Flechewer' of Coventr' to Hugh de Schulton' formerly servant to William de Copston' in Coventr' of 12 pence annual rent which John Ingram used to pay for a certain parcel of land which he held of the said Robert in `vico sancti Nicholai' [St. Nicholas Street] in Coventr' lying between the land which John le Bel, chaplain held and the land which Jordan the Cellarer (Selarius) held; and for this the said Hugh gives 10 shillings. Witnesses: Anketill de Colsul, bailiff, William Le Parker, coroner, William de Copston', Mathew de Ruyton', Thomas le Moubray, John Pyhod, Robert Kelle and others. Dated at Coventr'.
