Demise with warranty from Roger Sperak' of Northfolk' to Adam his son of 8 shillings annual rent, part of an annual rent of 16 shillings which the said Roger was accustomed to receive from a tenement with appurtenances which heretofore belonged to Richard Hervy of Coventr' lying in Cheillesmorlone in Coventr' between the land formerly belonging to Adam le Sadelere and the tenement of Walter Cook (Coci); to hold for a term of four and a half years from Michaelmas, 18 Edward III. Witnesses; William Thumelere, bailiff, William Deryng', Richard de Fackon, Walter le Cook', John de Cruilfeld and others. Dated at Coventr', Michaelmas, 18 Edward III.
