Quitclaim from Richard Lee of Coventr', draper, to Robert Sutton', Abbot of the House and Church of the Blessed Mary of Stonley and the Convent of the same place, of all his interest in the lands and tenements in Stonley formerly belonging to John Wyldegryse of Coventr', merchant, by virtue of the grant and feoffment of Thomas Stretton, esq. [no. 988]. Witnesses: Thomas Seman', gent., William Folk, writer of the deed, Thomas Hogges and others. Dated in the abbey of Stonley, 2 September, 17 Henry VII. Detached seal: red.
