Gift with warranty from Adam Walsheman of Coventre to John de Barwe of Coventre, smythyer, and John de Northewode of Coventre, mercer, of two acres of land lying in the little park (parvo parco) of Cheylesmore, which formerly belonged to William Galeys; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee. Witnesses: John Marton', mayor of Coventre, Alexander Carpenter, John Smyth', hosier, bailiffs of the said city, John Percy, John Styward, Henry Gamull', John Manby, clerk, and others. Dated at Coventre, 6 August, 8 Richard II. Seal on tag: circular, dark brown. On a shield a fess between three annulets.
