Description

Lease from William Neell of Stichall, surgeon, to William Lynsey of Coventr', baker, of a water-mill called Alderfurthe mylne or Peggemylne, now in the occupation of the said William Lynsey; to hold of the said William Neele from the feast of St. Michael last for a term of 20 years paying annually 50 shillings (2 terms) and a heriot according to the custom of the lordship of Stichall; and the said William Lynsey to maintain the mill at his own expense and to have the right to lop all trees growing on the said premises.
