Power of attorney from Richard Colyns, Robert Burnell', John Dove, Robert Colman', John Hoton', Thomas Bagot, William Elys and Henry Marler to Thomas Saunders and John Broune to enter into a messuage in `vico de Sponna' [Spon Street] next the gate of Bablake which formerly belonged to John Meneley, and to deliver seisin thereof to William Hudson' and Joan his wife for the term of the life of the said Joan according to the tenor of a certain indenture to them made. Dated at Coventr', 20 December, 21 Edward IV. Eight red seals on two tongues: i) indecipherable. ii) letters H P crowned. iii) a merchant's mark. iv) a crowned letter T. v) a bird. vi) a merchant's mark. vii) a crowned letter I. viii) a merchant's mark.
