Hill Morton deeds and papers, a gift with warranty

Description

Gift with warranty from Thomas Boydyn of Stretton' to William de Harecurt son of Simon de Wykyngeston', and Cecily his (Thomas') daughter in marriage of a warren [vivarium] and 8 rods of meadow in Hullemorton' and the rent and service of Robert de Stretton' and Metilda his wife from lands which they hold of the said Thomas in the same town for life and which are to remain to the said William and Cecily after the death of the said Robert and Matilda; to hold to the said William and Cecily and their heirs of the said Thomas paying annually during the life of Defensorius de Pontefracto' 6 shillings (2 terms) and after his death a rose, and rendering to the chief lord the customary service.

Witnesses: Master Henry de Kyrkeby, Sir Adam de Morton', John de Colleshull', Adam le Mareschal, William the clerk and others.
