Description

Lease with warranty from Sir Walter de Langel' to Geoffrey le Loef of an acre of land in the field of Stiveschale lying on a furlong called Mulnehul between the land of John de Barue and the land of the said Geoffrey, with one end extending to (super) a pasture called la Haye and the other end extending to (super) the said furlong called Mulnehul; to hold of the said Walter from the Tuesday called Hokeday [23 April] 1275 for a term of 20 years, paying annually 8 pence at Easter. Witnesses: Alexander clerk of Bathekintone, Ranulph de Witele, Adam Miles, William de Listone, Ranulph son of the chaplain of Stivelchale, William Cave, William Haleward of Coventre and others.
