Charles Mills, late of Berners Street in the parish of Marylebone, Middlesex, now of Barford, Esquire 2. the Governors of the Bounty of Queen Anne for the Augmentation and Maintenace of the Poor Clergy 3. the Reverend James Davenport, vicar of Stratford-upon-Avon. Attested copy dated 23 Apr 1802 of a Grant from 1 (at the direction of 2) to 3 of an annual rent charge £2. 10s 0d from Rye Croft Hill alias Parsons Hill previously in the occupation of Richard Sparks and now in the possession of Charles Mills, First Hobbin's Grounds, Second Hobbin's Grounds, Third Hobbin's Grounds, Fourth Hobbin's Grounds with appurtenances all in Clopton in the parish of Old Stratford and previously in the occupation of Richard Sparks and now or lately in the possession of Charles Mills. Consideration: £50 to be paid by 2 to 1. Copy dated 2 May 1802.
