Description

Gift with warranty from Thomas de Merston' of Styvechale to John de Horewelle of a messuage with appurtenances called le Overhallestede in Styvechale, lying between the tenement of Thomas de Barewe and the field of Styvechale, together with the road leading towards the church of St. James of Styvechale from the said messuage between two earthen walls; to hold the same for ever of the chief lord of the fee. Witnesses: Dom Peter de Ruyton', chaplain, John de Barewe of Styvechale, John de Cruylefeld' of the same, William Adams of the same, Roger le Heyr' of the same and others.
