Lease with warranty from Joylinus de Stivechale to Richard de Esseby in Coventr' of half a virgate of meadow in the common meadow of Stivechale lying between the bridge of Bathekynton' and le Lowemulne; to hold of the said Joylinus with free entry for pasturing his (Richard's) cattle after the meadow has been cut for a term of 10 years; and for this the said Richard gives 1 mark.
