Description

1. Thomas Mason of Stratford-upon-Avon, Esquire 2. the vicar and churchwardens of the parish of Stratford-upon-Avon 1 to 2 of all that part or parcel of land containing 1189 square yards or thereabouts in the parish of Old Stratford being now or lately in the occupation of Thomas Tasker and being part and parcel of a certain close or inclosure called the first Willow Piece or Towns-end Ground. For the use as a site for a School for Poor Persons of and in the borough of Stratford and the parish of Old Stratford/National School and to be managed by the vicar, churchwardens, and other elected members (named). With colour plan of property, 6 Oct 1845 Enrolled in Chancery 25 Oct 1845.
