Description

Gift with warranty from Robert de Barewe of Styvechale and John de Barwe his son to Edmund Horde of Styvechale of all lands and tenements, with meadows, pastures, feedings, hedges, ditches, easements and appurtenances in Styvechale; to hold the same for ever of the chief lord of the fee. Witnesses: Oliver Burdet, Robert Burdet, William Gylkes, John Huwet, John Clerk' and others. Dated at Styvechale, 16 December 14 Richard II. 2 circular, red seals on a split tag: i) the letters IhC under a canopy surmounted by a cross ii) the letter W crowned Endorsed: i) Stychale ii) A grant of Robert Barrowe and his sonne to Edmond Hord of Stychale of all their lands and tenements with the appurtenances lying in being in Stychale iii) Rich; 2; 14
