Estate papers - Correspondence

Three letters written on a single folded sheet, the last dated at Stichal, 30 October 1725, to the Master of Christ's College, Cambridge, concerning a lease of their lands in Stivichall to Prudence Gregory, widow, and her trustees William Bromley, esquire, and William Holbech, esquire. At least two are from Prudence Gregory, but one of these is apparently a copy. Information is given to the College concerning the correct title of the lessees, and there is discussion over a terrier of the College lands. [see no.1428]
