Gift with warranty from Thomas Pynchebek' of Coventr' to John Parker of Coventr', draper and William Deye son of John Deye of Styvechale of all lands and tenements, rents, etc. in the vill and fields of Styvechale; to hold the same for ever of the chief lord of the fee. Witnesses: John Halom, chaplain, John Merton', John Clerk', Richard Huwet, Robert Clerk of Styvechale, John Harsale, John Offchurche, clerk of Coventr' and others. Dated at Styvechale, Saturday next before the Feast of St. Mathew, 12 Henry IV Seal on tag; octagonal, red. The letter T crowned. Endorsed: i) Carta Thome Pynchebek' facta Willelmo Deye et Johanni Parker de tenemento in Styvechale prout patet inferius [contemp.] ii) A grant of Tho.
